I created the illustrations for a leaflet designed to clarify the “Role of the Care Manager”—a concept within the Long-term Care Insurance system that can often be difficult to understand. The leaflet clearly outlines what care managers can and cannot do.

This resource was developed through a collaboration between Kobe City and the Kobe City Care Manager Association. Its goal is to allow care managers to focus on their core duties, ensuring they can provide high-quality care management services.
