I created illustrations for the publicity of “Emergency Relief Center Hyogo (#7119),” an abbreviated dial that offers free consultation (callers pay their own charges) 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anytime when they are not sure whether to call an ambulance or when to seek medical attention at any medical institution.
