I designed the new packaging for “Kenko Misato-kko,” children’s sandals made from natural materials with consideration for foot health. The packaging is designed to enhance the moment it is received, adding color to cherished memories. On the backside of the opened box, there’s space to write a message to the child or to place a memorable photo. Rather than being disposed of immediately upon arrival, the packaging is crafted to resemble an album or picture book, something you’ll want to keep even after the sandals are worn out. It’s a wish to be part of the page of a child’s life, embodied in the design of Kenko Misatokko.
